We endeavour to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving, or to ship for a specific date requested, but please note that it is essential that you provide us with a correct delivery address, full postcode and where someone will be able to sign for safe receipt of your gift basket or hamper.
Please ensure that the correct address and postal/zip code is given for the recipient as additional charges may be incurred for re-direction or re-delivery due to address errors.
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight and volume of the boxed basket/hamper.
Mainland UK: FREE DELIVERY - Normally 1 to 2 days delivery (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm only)-this offer applies only to the baskets shown and described on our website. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, UK Islands and Northern Ireland may take 3 to 5 working days.
Northern Ireland and UK involving sea crossings: from 15 UK Pounds.
International Delivery Price (includes Europe, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, USA & Canada): FROM 25 UK Pounds - we will confirm the actual cost prior to shipment of your gift.
For rest of world deliveries please contact us for availability and rates.
We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for any of our deliveries.
We will not sell, ship or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18.
