Terms and Conditions |

We reserve the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time with immediate effect and it is your responsibility to read the terms & conditions each time you use our website and your continued use of our website signifies your acceptance to be bound by the current terms and conditions.
Please note that all transactions on this website are conducted in British £1 Sterling. All baskets and hampers shown on this website are considered as a gift service and include VAT at the standard rate.
All orders will be despatched promptly as arranged with purchaser. We cannot guarantee a delivery time (ie morning or afternoon) - if this is required we must ship "Express" which incurs an additional charge over and above the charges noted.
All goods remain the property of Bellini Baskets until paid for in full.
All damages and breakages must be notified to us immediately.
Any damaged goods must be returned to us for credit or replacement.
On large corporate orders a deposit of approximately 50% of cost may be required to be settled at time of placing order.
On Corporate orders payment terms are strictly net 14 days. Any account which becomes excessively overdue will be charged interest at 2% per month. Orders will not be despatched to any customer where payment for previous orders is overdue.
Bellini Baskets retains the right to substitute with like items of equal or greater value without notice.
Bellini Baskets cannot ship alcohol to the USA or Canada because of customs import restrictions - other items will be substituted in place of any alcohol within the baskets or hampers.
It is illegal in the UK to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. It is also an offence for persons under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy alcohol from Bellini Baskets. No person under the age of 18 may place an order with Bellini Baskets if the goods contain alcohol.
We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18.
Although we endeavour to ship to most countries, we reserve the right to refuse shipments to countries where additional hidden costs are incurred, or where political instability makes shipping precarious.
Any customs or import duties levied once the gift package has reached your destination country will be your responsibility as Bellini Baskets has no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.
Bellini Baskets cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If the supplied address is incorrect or if for any other reason the goods are returned to Bellini Baskets, then Bellini Baskets reserves the right to make an additional shipping charge should the customer wish to re-ship the order.
During the Christmas season and other busy periods, although every effort will be made to comply with delivery date requests, we cannot guarantee specific dates or times.
The fine wines and ports offered by Bellini Baskets have been cellared in ideal conditions for many years but no guarantee as to their quality can be given once they have left Bellini Baskets premises or thereafter.
Please note that any props used for photographic purposes are not included in the gift baskets unless stated in the Contents list.
